Kyungchan Lim

Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science
University of Tennessee, Knoxville

I'm a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, advised by Dr. Doowon Kim. My research focuses on identifying root security threats through understanding the actors involved (adversaries and end-users) using data-driven approaches.

My research interests include computer security (data-driven security), web security (phishing detection), computer networks (Internet measurement), and cybersecurity. I am interested in identifying security vulnerabilities and threats through systematic measurement and analysis.

Research Interests
  • Computer Security (Data-driven Security)
  • Web Security & Phishing Detection
  • Computer Networks (Internet Measurement)
  • Cybersecurity
